Vestibular Rehab

Vestibular physical therapy is beneficial to those suffering from dizziness, blurred vision, nausea and imbalances, and may or may not have a diagnosis of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Ménière's disease, neck related dizziness, concussions, traumatic brain injuries and migraines. It is important to be evaluated and treated by a therapist who can rule out more serious neurological problems.

As experts in the evaluation and treatment of movement, muscle, joint, and nervous system disorders, our physical therapists can prescribe and implement a variety of treatments including:

  • Coordination Exercises
  • Proprioception Exercises
  • Strengthening Exercises
  • Stretching and Range of Motion Exercises
  • Posture Exercises
  • Retraining of the Inner Ear
  • Visual Tracking Training

Your licensed PT will create a plan of care focusing on vision stability training, balance, posture training, neck mobility and ergonomic adjustments.
